Simple taping for heel pain

As many of us continue our daily 1 hour walks, we are possibly loading our feet and body a little more than they may be used to. It is a bit of a conundrum, given walking appears to be what maintains a level of sanity for many, however it is at the expense of our poor feet.
I wanted to post this video in addition to the many tips provided in a previous blog you can check out here. If you have any allergies to adhesive, this is unfortunately not for you. You could discuss a hypoallergenic 'underlay' with the pharmacist. For the purpose of general advice, I recommend you don't trial this.
A good regime for this is 2 days with tape on, 1 day with tape off. The skin constantly being taped can get a little irritated, so please take longer breaks from taping if you feel it is necessary.
